Music Educator Resources for Virtual Teaching

The Denis Wick App
The Denis Wick App houses an always growing library of articles, recordings, podcasts, video clinics, and more to help support our musician community. The app is free to download, and available on the App Store and Google Play (check out the website version if download is not available). If there is a specific resource you are looking for your kids, feel free to contact us with a suggestion!

NAfMe Virtual Learning Resources for Music Educators
Though you probably all know about this list, it cannot be left out. NAfME does a great job supporting teachers!

Smart Music, Music Teacher Resources
This is not necessarily virtual teaching focused, but we enjoyed the comprehensive list of blogs. Keeping in communication with other teacher's right now is key to staying inspired!

Kennedy Media and Interactives for Kids
Could one of these activities serve as an assignment this week?

Save The Music, Music Education Resources
This is a VERY comprehensive list of resources that aim to outfit you for an upcoming period of virtual learning. A LOT of great stuff here.

Dallas Symphony Orchestra Kids
New York Philharmonic Kid's Zone

DSO and NYPhil have created a "Kid Zones" on their websites that include a wide variety of activities geared towards children of all age groups. Check your local symphony as well -  they may have added something similar!

Have you found a great resource for educators? Let us know, so we can continue adding to this list!
